SOLO TRAVEL
Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
Before Booking
What if I come on my own? Will everyone else already know each other?
No, not at all. Most travellers will join alone and are there to make new friends, so you definitely won’t be the only one arriving solo.
How many people will be on my tour?
Groups will usually be between 8 and 12 people.
Will the group be men and women?
Yes, the group will be mixed.
Can couples or friends join the tour?
Yes, absolutely. Couples and friends are welcome, although most people will likely be travelling solo.
Who will I share a room with?
If you have booked on your own, we will pair you with someone of the same gender and a similar age in a twin room. You can also pay extra for a single room if you prefer.
Can I upgrade to my own room later?
Yes, subject to availability.
Are your tours suitable for less mobile travellers or those with mobility requirements?
If you have any mobility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can advise whether the tour is suitable for you.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Once Booked
Can my tour be cancelled if you do not have enough people booked?
Yes, if we are unable to run the tour due to low numbers, we will inform you and provide a full refund.
I have booked my flights but the tour is now cancelled. What happens?
We do not recommend booking flights until we confirm that the tour is going ahead.
Can I request the person I want to share a room with?
Unfortunately, you cannot make a specific request, but we will match you with someone of the same gender and a similar age.
Will you collect the balance from the same card I paid the deposit with?
Yes, we will attempt to take the balance from your original payment card unless you tell us otherwise.
When do I receive a final itinerary?
You will receive your final itinerary approximately two weeks before departure.
I have a question that has not been answered here. What should I do?

My passport runs out soon. How do I check if I can travel?
